Poll Shows Trump's Approval Rating Drops to 36%, Lowest Since Returning to the White House

Reuters, together with polling firm Ipsos, released a poll on Tuesday showing that President Trump’s support has dropped from 40% last week to 36%, the lowest level since he returned to the White House, mainly due to soaring oil prices and widespread dissatisfaction with Trump’s initiation of a war with Iran.

35% of respondents approve of U.S. actions against Iran, down from 37% previously. One-quarter of respondents approve of Trump’s handling of the cost of living.
