Pre-market Strategy for March 25

HuaDian Energy: Focus on the breakout on March 13, 6%+ gain and then unfollow on March 16!
Reiscon: Focus on the low buy on the 5-day line on March 19, hit the limit up and broke the board on March 20, unfollowed.
HuaDian Liaoning Energy: Focus on the breakout on March 23, today hit the limit up and showed unusual activity. In this environment, those who can hold the banner must support the big picture! So I held my stocks today without selling.

Tomorrow’s target stocks:

Primary choice: Zhongli Group (002309) — 3 consecutive limit-ups, a leading photovoltaic rebound stock

This is the most cost-effective breakout choice for tomorrow.

Logic:

1. Position advantage: HuaDian Liaoning Energy’s 7th limit-up faces a crossing; at this point, the second-highest limit-up (3 into 4) is the natural battlefield for capital to gamble on “breakthrough” or “new cycle leader.”
2. Chip advantage: Two consecutive days of shrinking volume acceleration indicate excellent chip locking. If it opens lower tomorrow due to HuaDian’s divergence, it’s an opportunity.
3. Theme advantage: Independent photovoltaic route, with Xiamen state-owned asset restructuring + perovskite technology barriers, distinct from HuaDian’s main power line, with potential for positioning.

Breakout conditions:

· Must be a turnover breakout: Cannot open with a straight line at the open. If there’s a surge in trading volume (transaction amount over 50 million), open high by 5%-8%, then sell off during the session, and after sufficient turnover, rebound to the limit-up, then directly sweep the board.
· Abandonment: If HuaDian Liaoning Energy hits a limit down and hits the “nuclear button,” abandon all breakout operations.

Secondary backup: HuaDian Liaoning Energy (600396) — 7 consecutive limit-ups, the overall leader

This is a “game for the brave,” suitable only for those with a first-mover advantage or very high risk appetite.

Logic:
It is the emotional anchor of the entire market. If it can withstand divergence and continue to hit the limit-up tomorrow, it will be a true “breakthrough dragon,” signaling a new cycle.

Breakout conditions:

· Must be a volume surge rebound: Cannot be bought at the open. Wait until it experiences full turnover, shows divergence and decline during the session, with strong support, and then hits the limit-up in the afternoon for a light position.
· Risk warning: If the breakout fails, intra-day retracement could exceed 10%. Avoid shrinking volume limit-ups and straight-line boards.

Other stocks: Do not touch

· Snow Wave Environment (300385): 20cm target, breakout means up to 20% intraday retracement, risk-reward ratio is not worth it. As a follow-up arbitrage, the next day’s premium heavily depends on HuaDian, with high uncertainty.
· Liaoning Energy (600758): Too strong a follow-up attribute, likely to collapse first if the leader diverges, no breakout value.
· All first and second boards: Not recognizable enough, outside the scope of leader strategy.

Summary:
The core operation tomorrow is only one: Confirm HuaDian Liaoning Energy does not collapse, then wait for Zhongli Group to turn over and rebound, and directly sweep the board.

Remember: Better to miss out than to make mistakes. If neither condition is met, holding cash is also part of trading.
