New GLM-5, MiniMax M2.5! Alibaba Cloud Baolian launches four major open-source models

On February 25th, Alibaba Cloud Baolian launched the most powerful Coding Plan, which includes API services for four open-source models: Qwen3.5, GLM-5, MiniMax M2.5, and Kimi K2.5. After subscribing to a plan, users are no longer limited to a single model and can freely switch between multiple models, enjoying more stable and higher token quota services. Currently, Alibaba Cloud is the only cloud provider worldwide offering this service.

The Alibaba Cloud Coding Plan Lite Basic Package offers up to 18,000 requests per month, with new users paying only 7.9 RMB for the first month; the Pro Advanced Package provides up to 90,000 requests per month, capable of handling thousands of complex tasks, with the first month costing only 39.9 RMB, significantly reducing costs for high-frequency coding scenarios.

After subscribing, users can seamlessly switch between models such as Qwen Code, Claude Code, Cline, and OpenClaw across various AI tools.

All four models launched are based on the latest open-source models (300109).

The open-source multimodal model Qwen3.5, released on New Year’s Eve, outperforms larger models, setting new efficiency and cost-performance benchmarks. With a total of 397 billion parameters but only 17 billion activated, it demonstrates excellent performance across reasoning, programming, agent intelligence, and other comprehensive benchmarks.

GLM-5 is the latest flagship open-source model from Zhizhi Spectrum, and its API service is in high demand since launch.

MiniMax M2.5 is a model specifically designed for agent scenarios, performing well in advanced Excel processing, in-depth research, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

Kimi K2.5 has also achieved significant improvements in programming and agent capabilities.

Currently, Alibaba Cloud’s Coding Plan has launched eight programming models, making it the strongest subscription service on the market. The Alibaba Cloud Baolian platform also offers over 100 mainstream model APIs from domestic and international sources, along with more than 400 agent templates and services in AI hardware, short videos, and advertising content, meeting the needs of various enterprise scenarios.
