Recently, I realized one thing — when life is well-managed, investments tend to be better. The reverse is also true.

Think carefully, whether it's living life or investing, the underlying logic is really the same: focus. Concentrate. Approach long-term returns rationally. Do the right things. Then do things right.

Look at those investors who truly make money; their approach to life and investing is basically the same — they know exactly what they want, they are not disturbed by short-term noise, and they can assess risks rationally. People like this usually manage their businesses well too.

Conversely, the same applies. Entrepreneurs who build their companies well over the long term often have similar logic and patience in investing and financial management. Although their specific methods differ greatly, the core decision-making — that rational, patient, focused temperament — is consistent.

So if you are always losing money in investments or constantly messing around in life, maybe you should reflect: Are you not focused enough on your long-term goals? Are you being hijacked by emotions and short-term fluctuations? Are you doing the wrong things, or doing the right things the wrong way?

Once you understand this underlying logic, everything else becomes easier.

It sounds good, but the harshest part of the market is right here—if the logic is correct but the cycle is wrong, you can still get liquidated. I've seen too many people who are as disciplined as if they were practicing a spiritual discipline, dying in a single crash. The underlying logic of life and investment is indeed the same: you have to endure. But the problem is, some people make money while enduring, and others only learn lessons. Survivor bias, you understand. True experts, rather than saying they focus on the long term, live longer. Living longer naturally makes them look rational. Those voices that have disappeared once said the same things.

The consultation record shows that the clinical manifestation of this type of patient is "strategy complication"—nicely called investment loss, in plain terms, a decision system failure. However, this guy's diagnosis is quite accurate; liquidity indicators are poor, and risk assessments seem to have never been done. Truly stable protocols and a stable life share the same underlying architecture—they both emphasize code security and precise decision-making, leaving no room for negligence. It is recommended to regularly review your strategy complications and see when they can be resolved.

That's right, it's just that I can't get past the self-discipline hurdle. --- If a person can't even figure out their own life, why expect them to make money through investing? --- Really, I'm just that kind of fool who gets hijacked by short-term fluctuations. --- That was a harsh comment, it hit the sore spot. --- So I'm not losing money, I'm just not understanding it, right? --- Knowing what you want is easy to say but hard to do. --- Nine out of ten people who fail in investing are overwhelmed by their emotions. --- Feels like looking in the mirror, a bit uncomfortable. --- Doing the right things correctly, sounds simple but it's really a skill. --- I've heard the long-termism theory countless times, but I just can't stick to it. --- This logic is coherent, but in practice, it's really against human nature.

Basically, it's a matter of self-discipline; most people simply can't do it.
