You lay out the entire strategy—show them the playbook, spell out the tactics. Escalate strategically? It's right there in principle. Playing to an absent audience? Also a documented move. Yet nothing lands. They're not seeking clarity; they're seeking validation for whatever they already feel.

That's the gap nobody talks about. Data doesn't rewire emotional commitment. Facts bounce off conviction. And when people are locked into a narrative, they don't want proof—they want allies.

Most underestimate the cost of fighting entrenched positions. The other side isn't irrational; they're just operating on different information hierarchies. Knowing the playbook changes almost nothing if the audience has already chosen their script.

Honestly, data and facts are just jokes in the face of faith, each living in their own stories.

Really, it's hard to talk about data and logic; they just don't listen at all. They just want to find someone who agrees with them.

I've seen through it long ago, data is useless against faith. Ultimately, what people want is never the truth, but for others to acknowledge them. This is most evident in the crypto world—how many people are trapped and still self-deluded. Throwing data at them is useless. They're fundamentally from two different worlds; there's no way to communicate. Bah, those still trying to reason with others are just fools.

Honestly, trying to reason with a fool is indeed the most costly. No matter how much effort you put into explaining, they simply don't want to listen; they just want to be flattered.

Awakened, data cannot feed the beast of faith.

ngl this hits different... been there trying to convince people with perfect charts and risk management frameworks, meanwhile they're just hodling their bags waiting for validation lol. data doesn't heal leverage ptsd, facts don't close underwater positions. people want allies not arguments fr
