The revenue model for creators on traditional video platforms has serious issues— the top 1% of accounts control 70~90% of ad revenue, leaving the remaining creators to share the leftovers. This "winner-takes-all" pattern pushes newcomers and mid-tier creators out of the possibility of monetization.

Web3 social platforms break this logic. Here, an account with 10,000 followers can potentially earn more than one with 500,000 followers. The difference lies in content quality and community engagement, not in the illusory threshold of follower count. Revenue sharing is more transparent, more equitable, and the entry barrier is lower—this is what the creator economy should look like. Decentralization is not just a technical gimmick; in practice, it gives ordinary creators a real chance to succeed.

Oh wow, I like this logic, but can Web3 really pull the big influencers down from the top of the pyramid? It still seems to depend on who can grab the traffic first.

This time, we finally hit the point. The traditional platform model is just a vampire system, and I've been tired of it for a long time. Web3 is indeed different. Accounts with high-quality content and active communities can surpass the big fans, and that's what fair competition is all about.

The traditional platform model is really rotten, the era of traffic being king is over, now it's time to focus on content Web3 is indeed more fair, small accounts really have a chance to turn things around Centralized bloodsucking is ultimately doomed; decentralization is the way to save the day I'm already tired of the routine where big influencers eat the meat and small creators drink the soup You're right, good quality content can make money, that logic makes sense However, the user base of Web3 platforms is still too small; more people need to come in This wave is truly a salvation for creators The fan count game should be over, it’s about time

I'm already tired of this logic. Traditional platforms rely on traffic monopoly to survive, and mid-tier creators live a very frustrating life... Web3 is different. Content truly rules, and the number of fans isn't that important anymore. Innovative ideas and an active community are the real keys.

Listen, listen, I've heard this spiel before. Back in 2018, the project team also told me the same things—"breaking decentralization," "everyone shares equally in profits"... And what happened? The contract ran away, and the tokens became worthless. Is Web3 really different this time? No matter how I look at it, it seems like just another Ponzi scheme with a new packaging. Transparent returns? Ha, go check the real data of those so-called "decentralized social" platforms. Isn't it just the project team manipulating the order book to pump the price? Can 10,000 fans outperform 500,000 fans? Wake up. The Matthew effect won't disappear just because you switch to a different blockchain. It's just vampires being moved from YouTube to smart contracts.

This time, I really see the light... I'm already tired of the traditional platform's gameplay. Honestly, accounts with many followers often have poor content, while on Web3, I've seen many high-quality small accounts emerging. Decentralization, in simple terms, is about returning power to creators, which is always better than being exploited by big corporations.

Oh my god, someone finally said it. The traditional platforms are just slaughterhouses. Wait, can Web3 really break through? Or is it just another round of hype... Can 10,000 followers surpass 500,000? Sounds pretty good, but it depends on who controls the content quality. Decentralization—after listening for so long, we're finally seeing some real progress. Just worried it might end in failure again.

To be honest, the traditional platform's distribution system has long needed a revolution. Watching that 1% of big Vs eat the meat while we drink the soup is truly outrageous. Web3 is quite interesting, but it depends on how it's implemented. Don't let it become another new way to cut the leeks. I believe in the small account comeback. The key is still the content; it's much more reliable than the number of followers.
