Interesting market dynamics lately—seems like broader political momentum initially drove retail into crypto, but then we saw classic risk-on/risk-off rotation play out. Capital flowed into traditional hedges like gold and silver while crypto positions got liquidated. Classic battle between alternative assets for investor attention. When narratives shift fast, so does capital allocation across these markets.

Political narratives turn around, and the money runs away—that's the market.

nah, actually if you look at the data, this is just retail getting shaken out again lol. they chase momentum, we get the liquidations. gold/silver rotation? technically speaking that's just risk-off theater—correlation coefficient screaming. the real degens never left, they're just farming in the shadows while this plays out. narratives r cheap, sustainable returns aren't

The political wind blows and people run, I've seen this trick before. Gold and silver are starting to scramble for money again, while crypto is being cut down to tears.

Ha, it's the same old trick. When the political wind blows, retail rushes in, but as soon as the market doesn't look right, they immediately run to buy gold, and the crypto world gets hammered. I just want to ask, how much did these people spend on gas fees for moving their positions? Surely no one has calculated this, and I can already imagine the despair when gwei skyrocketed to 50+ that day.

Once the political narrative shifts, retail investors follow and then get cut again. This cycle is truly relentless.
