Once again, I got liquidated. Only after reviewing my trading records did I realize how naive I was.

Starting with over $200, I took a month to reach over $2,400. During that time, I was really floating, thinking I had found the secret. But then I shorted ZEC and held on stubbornly, losing over $1,900. Before I could recover, my BEAT long position got trapped again, losing another $460. In the end, my principal was completely wiped out.

Getting liquidated actually woke me up. Only when I calmed down did I see clearly—my cognitive level is average, my knowledge reserve is average, and my emotional management is also average. The most painful part is, with such conditions, I still deluded myself into thinking I could make money in this market, which is just self-deception.

Now I’m really conflicted. Sometimes I think about adding funds to recover, and other times I feel this is simply a bottomless pit. If anyone has had similar experiences, I really want to hear your thoughts and advice.

Oh no, this round is really tough. You're holding onto ZEC, huh... I've done stupid things like that too, really. The idea of putting in money to break even must be killed off, or you're just jumping into a pit.

Brothers, this wave of cognitive upgrade is much smarter than just holding on until death. --- Starting from 200 to 2400, feeling good about oneself. Isn't this the inevitable path for every new rookie? --- Why add money again? Better to understand the reason for the loss first. --- ZEC holding strong, really, this is the move—just take the hit, and it's worth learning a lesson. --- Don't think about getting back your money, buddy. Learning to cut losses is more important than anything. --- Actually, the biggest gain from a liquidation isn't the money, but finally seeing yourself clearly. That's valuable. --- $2400 in a month? I just want to ask how it's done. Care to share some tips? Haha. --- Why bother worrying? If you have no money, don't trade. Save up and practice with small positions. --- Managing your mindset and understanding are average; if you don't improve these two, don't bother trying to make money.

Bro, this round of holding the position was really amazing. Went from 200 to 2400 and then instantly wiped out. Even roller coasters aren't this exciting.

This is the usual operation of crypto. When you get carried away, you'll get knocked back down. The dream of making quick money costs the most, I advise you to stay calm for three months before considering adding funds. That wave of ZEC was really tragic. Holding on stubbornly is always the wrong choice. This lesson was a bit costly.
