#美SEC促进加密资产创新监管框架 A lot of people ask me, what’s the hardest part about trading? It’s not missing out on big moves—it’s that moment when, after getting slapped around in choppy markets, you just want to throw your keyboard and delete your trading app.

You’ve definitely experienced this: as soon as you cut your losses, the price instantly bounces back; if you stubbornly hold on, you get your stops hunted back and forth until you start questioning your life choices. Take silver recently as an example—when it surged to $58.84, a bunch of people called the top; then when it plunged to $56.5, some panicked and sold at a loss, only for it to rebound later in a choppy move. Same with gold—how many people had their patience worn thin at the 4240 level? Some got off the ride early, while others are still holding on.

But what I want to say is: the biggest fear in this game isn’t losing money, it’s giving up on yourself first.

The people who actually make money aren’t those who never make mistakes, but those who can get back up and review what went wrong after they fall—where was my judgment off? Was my stop loss set too tight? Was there an issue with my position sizing? Every loss helps filter out bad trading habits, as long as you’re willing to reflect.

Markets are always changing, and opportunities never disappear. The choppy market that feels so torturous today might just be the buildup before a trend starts tomorrow. Don’t let a few setbacks make you doubt yourself entirely, and especially don’t quit right before dawn. $BTC $ETH $BNB The market rewards those who can tough it out.

What I’m really most afraid of is giving up on myself first. That’s absolutely right.

It really hurts. The moment I cut my losses, I just wanted to smash my phone.

I laughed and laughed, then suddenly cried. The moment I cut my losses, it felt like an arrow to the knee.

It’s heartbreaking—the moment you cut your losses really feels worse than death.
