Odaily Planet Daily reports that Republic Technologies, a publicly traded Ethereum treasury company in Canada, announced the private issuance of up to 14,087,000 special warrants, each priced at $0.21, with a total fundraising amount of $3 million. The company previously disclosed an ETH holding of approximately 1,570.6 ETH, with an average acquisition price of $2,700, and a current market value of about $3.2 million. (Businesswire)
