BlockBeats news, on October 9, The Graph core development team Edge&Node is collaborating with Coinbase to explore the DeleGated Payments mechanism. The current x402 standard supports stablecoin micropayments based on native HTTP, but if every micropayment is settled on-chain, the proxy economy will be hard to scale. Edge&Node has proposed a latency settlement solution: proxies make “payments” with signed credentials; servers aggregate the credentials; and finally settle on-chain through a single transaction. This solution enables micropayments of less than one cent and facilitates high-speed machine-level commerce among millions of proxies.
