According to the report, on “Arms Day,” Putin arrived in the Perm Krai for inspection. He visited the Motoviliha Arms Factory, which produces advanced artillery and multiple rocket launcher systems. Putin also viewed a showcase of advanced weapons and military equipment samples. The displayed weapons included the “Pianliu” air defense artillery system, which is used against aerial targets, including drones. Additionally, there was the TOS-2 heavy flamethrower system, which has been deployed to the troops and is in use in special military operation areas. The report also stated that President Putin mentioned during a conversation with workers at the Motoviliha Arms Factory that the production of certain types of Russian weapons has increased several times, with some products rising nearly 30 times.
