Tether 出手！150M美元 Drift 復原計畫啟動
穩定幣發行商 Tether 週四宣布，將為 Drift Protocol 提供一項 150M美元的資金復原計畫。此舉源於 Drift Protocol 在幾週前遭遇的嚴重駭客攻擊， 280M美元損失成為今年至今規模最大的 DeFi 資安事件之一，大量用戶資金蒙受損失。
Tether 公告指出，此次復原計畫的 150M美元資金中，由 Tether 直接出資 127.5M美元，其餘資金則來自未公開身份的合作夥伴，該筆資金將視平台復原步調分批給付。Tether 表示，該架構旨在「讓用戶資金隨交易所恢復正常營運而逐步復原」。

此外，Drift Protocol 的重啟計畫中還包含一項重大的基礎設施調整：平台有關「交易結算、保證金計算及損益核算」等結算資產將從 Circle 發行的 USDC，全面轉換為 Tether 的 USDT。
市場解讀，Tether 選擇營救 Drift 並要求其捨棄 USDC，剛好正值 Circle 因未即時凍結被盜資金而飽受批評，明顯是 Drift 對 Circle 的一次明確表態，也是 Tether 對 Circle 另一次的針鋒相對。

Circle 遭批未凍結資金，面臨集體訴訟
在 Drift 的案件中，Circle 也正站在輿論的風口浪尖。鏈上偵探 ZachXBT 當時批評，攻擊者透過 Circle 自家的跨鏈轉帳協議 (CCTP)，在六小時以超過 100 筆交易的方式轉移超過 232M美元的 USDC；然而 Circle 從未採取任何凍結或阻斷措施，難辭其咎。
受此衝擊，Circle 股價於 4 月 9 日單日重挫約 10%，但截至本週已自低點反彈約 20%。
Drift 投資人 Joshua McCollum 於本週三在美國地方法院，代表逾百名受害成員對 Circle 提起集體訴訟，指控其在明知攻擊正在進行的情況下，坐視逾 230M美元 USDC 遭轉走而不採取任何行動，具體罪名包括協助不法資產轉移與業務過失等。
訴狀寫道：「Circle 在 Drift 事件發生約一週前，曾配合一起美國民事案件主動凍結 16 個 USDC 錢包，說明 Circle 完全具備即時凍結資產的能力。」
若 Circle 及時採取行動，這些損失本可避免，至少能大幅減少。
此案同時帶出加密產業長期懸而未決的灰色地帶：對於掌握用戶資金技術控制權的機構，在遭遇攻擊時究竟是否負有積極介入的義務，監管框架與司法實踐目前尚無明確定論，而此案判決有望成為重要法律先例。
