A region in Voronezh Oblast, Russia, has entered a state of emergency.

On June 25th, according to Jin10.com, Governor Gusev of Voronezh Oblast, Russia, announced that the Olykhovatsky district of Voronezh Oblast had entered a state of emergency due to multiple explosions. The local situation is currently under control, and relevant departments are on-site. Earlier that day, the Ukrainian Defense Intelligence Agency stated that a military field ammunition depot of the Russian military in Voronezh Oblast was attacked, resulting in explosions and fires after the depot was attacked.
