Oracle (ORCL.N) rose 3.4%, AMD (AMD.O) increased 8.7%, Intel (INTC.O) gained nearly 6%, and PayPal (PYPL.O) rose 6.7%. The Nasdaq China Golden Dragon Index closed up 1.37%, with Xpeng Motors (XPEV.N) and GDS Holdings (GDS.O) both rising over 6%.
