RAX Finance, a RWA layer for AI infrastructure, today announced a strategic partnership with BlockSec Arena, an AI-powered Web3 security infrastructure that helps blockchain projects reduce network risk. This collaboration enabled RAX Finance to incorporate BlockSec Arena’s security technology into its RWA network to enhance secure tokenized asset management and flows on its platform and across a wide range of blockchain ecosystems, a move that is set to help improve user confidence and enhance real-world asset adoption.

RAX Finance is an RWA (real-world asset) platform that has infrastructural expertise in transforming AI compute and energy resources into digital assets that can be utilized and traded on the DeFi market and earn on-chain yields. Formerly known as HashPower, RAX Finance also functions as a staking and on-chain yield aggregation platform that helps users optimize the profitability of their crypto investments.

RAX Streamlines Tokenized Assets Security With BlockSec Arena

By partnering with BlockSec Arena, RAX Finance seeks to strengthen the security and, therefore, performance of assets and decentralized applications on its RWA ecosystem.

BlockSec Arena, also popularly known as Block Security Arena (BSA), is an established decentralized security platform specialized in helping Web3 and blockchain projects to secure their platforms and network operations. Through this cutting-edge approach, BlockSec Arena provides various on-chain projects with automated smart contract analysis and vulnerability detection for their networks. The platform integrates smart contract auditing, blockchain cybersecurity, and expert review to offer a comprehensive security evaluation. The platform’s technological solution tackles the crucial demand for security in the larger blockchain landscape, where risks can cause huge financial losses and reputational damage

By embedding BlockSec Arena’s advanced security layer into its tokenization platform, RAX Finance aims to build a fully secure, efficient, and scalable RWA ecosystem to meet institutional demands. This integration resolves the main challenge in the tokenized RWA sector, which addresses the need for protecting user assets and sensitive financial data not only on the RAX Finance platform but also across various supported permissionless blockchain networks.

The collaboration means that BlockSec Arena will roll out full security protection across RAX Finance’s network and also enable complete-customizable confidentiality required for institutional and enterprise customers while maintaining compliance.

Advancing Safety For Regulated RWAs

Despite the growth of the RWA market, mainstream institutions and businesses may not channel dollar trillions in capital into tokenized AI compute, energy, equities, real estate, and several others on-chain without robust security, confidentiality, and privacy.

Through the partnership above, both RAX Finance and BlockSec Arena show their commitment towards enabling billions in assets across the world to move on-chain. By blending the required security and privacy MiCA/SEC standards into its RWA network, both BlockSec Arena and RAX Finance scale TradFI and DeFi integration.
