Odaily Planet Daily News: Iran’s Ministry of Defense Export Center Mindex stated in official documents and payment terms that the agency is prepared to negotiate military contracts, allowing foreign governments to pay using cryptocurrencies, barter trade, or Iranian rials. As the organization responsible for Iran’s overseas defense sales, Mindex’s export list includes advanced weapons such as Emad ballistic missiles, Shahed drones, Suleimani-class warships, and short-range air defense systems. Regarding sanctions risks, Mindex indicated in the FAQ section on its official platform that, given Iran’s policy of evading sanctions, there are no issues in executing contracts and ensuring that products reach their destinations.
