Jin10 reported on October 28th that the White House stated in a statement that U.S. President Trump and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida signed a framework agreement on Tuesday to ensure the supply of critical minerals and rare earths through mining and processing. The statement noted that the two countries plan to cooperate by utilizing economic policy tools and coordinating investments to accelerate the development of a diversified, Liquidity, and fair market for critical minerals and rare earths.
