AI encryption market commentator AIXBT lost about $100,000 worth of ETH due to suspected fraud or vulnerability attacks. The AI agent is based on Virtuals Protocol and managed by 0rxbt, who stated that the loss was not due to agent manipulation but a “dashboard access vulnerability.” Attackers induced AIXBT to send around 55 ETH via social media, and the core system was not affected. The team has suspended the data dashboard, replaced servers, and migrated the Secret Key to prevent further intrusion.
