If you are a seller, ensure that you have enough tokens in your unified or spot account to fulfill your delivery obligation during the delivery period. Please wait patiently for the delivery time to come; your tokens will be securely transferred to the buyer's account, completing the delivery process.

If you are a buyer, just wait for the delivery time after your order has been filled. If the seller does not default, you will receive the corresponding number of tokens from your order; if the seller defaults, you will receive compensation from the seller.

Yes. The fee is refunded only if the order is not filled or the token listing is canceled.

Filled orders cannot be canceled; please wait patiently for the delivery to be completed.
