Recently, I've been looking at a bunch of memes and getting carried away by celebrities again. Attention shifts too quickly; newcomers are most likely to get excited and jump in at the last moment... To put it simply, the bigger your position, the more you shouldn't treat safety as "something to deal with later."

My rough categorization now: small amounts are fine with a hardware wallet, at least the private keys aren't on the computer; when the amount starts to grow and you need to frequently cross-chain/authorize, multi-signature is more reassuring—slower to operate but can prevent slips; for family members who don't understand blockchain at all, social recovery is quite suitable—don't wait until you lose everything and regret it.
Anyway, with my FOMO personality, what I fear most is rushing in fast and losing the keys too... First, go revoke some old authorizations for frequently used addresses, then sleep.
