The large-scale deployment of artificial intelligence infrastructure (AI) in the США has encountered a new bottleneck: nearly 40% of data centers planned to launch this year are at risk of significantly falling behind schedule. This includes, in particular, major facilities associated with Microsoft, OpenAI, Oracle, Amazon Web Services, Meta, and xAI. This was reported by the Financial Times.



According to the analytical group SynMax, which tracks construction using satellite imagery and AI, a number of campuses may miss deadlines by at least three months, and in some cases—much longer.
