I find that things like grid trading/DCA, which are "slow and steady," are the best for my sleep quality... To be honest, I'm not afraid of earning less; I'm afraid of the panic that comes after staying up all night, staring at the screen, trembling, and thinking about whether I should add margin. Grid trading and dollar-cost averaging at least break down the decision-making process, and losses happen in rhythm, so my mindset isn't shattered all at once.

Recently, memes and celebrity calls have become popular again, with attention shifting at an incredible speed, and newcomers are most likely to jump in and take the final baton. It's not that you can't play, but I personally prefer to block the pitfalls where I can lose coins: hardware wallets, layered permissions, avoiding hot wallets when possible. Whether I make money or not, I put that aside first—don't let a moment of impulsiveness compromise your account.

Anyway, I'm now more willing to trade peace of mind for rules—what about you?
