Financial solutions company Broadridge will expand its proxy voting and information disclosure platform to cover tokenized securities.
Golden Finance reports that on April 7, financial solutions company Broadridge Financial Solutions today announced that it will expand its proxy voting and disclosure platform to cover tokenized securities. The relevant data will be recorded on the Avalanche L1 blockchain and synchronized to other blockchains. Issuers will be able to view voting status for both traditional securities and digital securities in a single control panel. Proxy voting is the first corporate action to be supported, and other actions will be supported next.
