Iran claims that the attack on the U.S. embassy in Saudi Arabia is unrelated to Iran and is the work of Israel.
Golden Finance reported that on April 4 local time, Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Public Relations Department issued a statement saying it condemns the U.S. side’s claim that the U.S. embassy in Saudi Arabia was attacked by Iran. The statement said the incident has nothing to do with Iran and noted that, given the strategic posture of the Israeli forces in the region, this operation “undoubtedly was carried out by Israel.” The Revolutionary Guard Corps said that Iran had previously clearly disclosed the scope of its strike targets, and that it had already issued the necessary warnings to neighboring countries regarding Israel’s behavior of stirring unrest in the region.
