On February 10th, the U.S. Department of Commerce announced a final affirmative determination in the third sunset review of antidumping duties on polyester film imported from China and the United Arab Emirates. The ruling states that if the antidumping duties are removed, dumping of the Chinese products involved will continue or recur at a rate of 76.72%, and dumping of the UAE products involved will continue or recur at a rate of 4.05%.
