This series of bonds has a 182-day maturity and an issuance amount of 45 billion yuan. No additional bids will be accepted from Class A members. The issuance price will be determined through competitive bidding, issued at a discount below the face value. The bonds will start accruing interest on March 5, 2026, and will be repaid at face value on September 3, 2026 (delayed if it falls on a holiday). The competitive bidding will take place from 10:35 to 11:35 a.m. on March 4, 2026, using a modified multiple-price auction method, with the price as the bidding target. The bonds will be distributed after the bidding concludes until March 5, 2026, and will be listed for trading starting March 9. (Ministry of Finance)
