Stablecoin stability: Where's the line? Take sUSD as an example—it's hit below $0.85 three times in the past year alone. At what point does repeated depegging disqualify something from calling itself stable? Once? Twice? The market's watching closely as these so-called stablecoins struggle to maintain their peg.
