A Golden Ten Data News on November 20th, Lanzhou Yellow River announced that Hunan Yucheng Investment Co., Ltd., a shareholder holding 5% of the company’s shares, has decided to terminate the original plan to reduce its holdings in advance. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Yucheng Investment has not reduced its holdings of the company’s shares, and the number of shares held is still 9.2883 million shares, accounting for 5% of the total share capital of the company. The decision to terminate the reduction plan has nothing to do with the transfer of control of the company. Yucheng Investment plans to sign a protocolo with Xinsheng Industry and Trade regarding the transfer of investment equity in Xinsheng.
