Odaily Planet Daily reported that according to AXIOS, citing an American official and two informed sources, Iran has proposed a new plan to the United States, suggesting prioritizing an agreement on reopening the Strait of Hormuz and lifting maritime blockades, and delaying nuclear negotiations to a later time. This new proposal aims to break the current deadlock in negotiations and bypass internal disagreements within Iran’s leadership regarding the scope of nuclear concessions willing to be made to reach an agreement with the Trump administration. According to three U.S. officials, President Trump is expected to hold a situational room meeting with his senior national security and foreign policy team on Iran on Monday. One official stated that the meeting is expected to discuss the current deadlock in negotiations with Iran and possible next steps for the conflict. (Gold Ten)
