I set a simple method for myself: when the position is still "three steps" away from the liquidation line, don’t pretend to be calm, start practicing first.

Step one: open the lending panel and warning tools, don’t rely on intuition;
Step two: immediately reduce leverage / add margin, even if it’s just moving the red line slightly downward, it’s like drawing an escape route for yourself;
Step three: write down the "worst case scenario": at what point I admit defeat and close the position, otherwise when that moment really comes, my hands won’t listen anymore.

Recently, everyone has been complaining about MEV and unfair ordering, honestly, you think you can outrun others, but in reality, who comes first or second on the chain isn’t decided by you…
So now I trust risk control thresholds more, less fantasy, more practicing contingency plans, that’s all for now.
