Recently, everyone has been competing on testnets and earning points, and the group chats are daily guessing whether the mainnet will issue tokens… Honestly, these expectations are very similar to buying options: you're buying "possibility," and as time passes, if it doesn't materialize, the time value slowly eats away at you, and your mindset also wears down.

The worst for option buyers isn't misjudging the direction, but procrastination. When the market is stagnant and volatility hasn't picked up, you think you're waiting for an opportunity, but you're actually paying rent. As for sellers, it’s usually quite comfortable collecting rent, but once extreme volatility hits, the small amount of time value they've gained can be wiped out in one go, especially when liquidity is thin, and a single liquidation can cause a collapse.

Anyway, what I care more about now is: am I a buyer or a seller? Don't pretend nothing's happening. Surviving is more important than hitting the jackpot once.
