CoinWired news, citing Cointelegraph, that Galaxy Digital founder Mike Novogratz said the U.S. crypto regulatory bill, the Clarity Act, is expected to move forward in May and could be signed into law by the president in June, which would provide the crypto industry with a clearer regulatory framework and allow global users to enter the U.S. market. Alex Thorn, head of research at Galaxy Digital, believes the probability of the bill being passed in 2026 is about 50%; if it does not enter the key process before mid-May, the odds of success would likely drop significantly.
