Elon Musk’s $134 billion lawsuit against OpenAI, Sam Altman, and Microsoft is set for trial Monday in federal court in Oakland, California. Judge Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers narrowed the case from 26 claims to two counts of unjust enrichment and breach of charitable trust after Musk dropped his fraud claims days before jury selection.
