Scallop Loses Approximately 150,000 SUI Due to sSUI Reward Pool Vulnerability
On April 26, news emerged that Scallop, a lending protocol in the Sui ecosystem, announced the discovery of a vulnerability in an auxiliary contract related to the sSUI reward pool, resulting in a loss of approximately 150,000 SUI, valued at nearly $150,000. The affected contract has been frozen. Scallop stated that the core contract remains secure, and only the sSUI reward pool was impacted, with all other reward pools being safe. Scallop will fully cover 100% of the losses and will provide further updates as soon as possible.
