Kehua Data: Plans to sell 80% equity of its subsidiary Keyun Chenhang for 569 million yuan
Kehua Data ( 002335.SZ ) announced that the company plans to transfer 80% of the equity in its controlling subsidiary, Guangdong Keyun Chanhang Computing Technology Co., Ltd., to Guangzhou Lianyun No. 2 Business Management Co., Ltd. Based on data as of December 31, 2025, the transaction consideration for 100% of the equity of the target company after dividends is approximately 711 million yuan, and the transaction consideration for the 80% equity held by the company is approximately 569 million yuan. After completion of this transaction, the company will no longer hold equity in Keyun Chanhang, and it will no longer be included in the scope of the consolidated financial statements; however, the company will continue to provide data center operation services as its operational management provider. This matter has been reviewed and approved by the board of directors and still requires approval by the shareholders’ meeting.
