These days, memes are heating up again, and on the timeline, there's a bunch of "faith" and "narratives." I laugh while feeling a bit annoyed: it's clearly emotional contagion, but people insist on pretending it's fundamentals. My approach is pretty old-fashioned—just treat it as an edge and include it in the chart: who's providing liquidity, who's telling stories, where's the exit point. As long as I see "many entry points and few exits," I set my stop-loss before placing the order: if it hits a certain loss, I just walk away, no hope for a reversal to save my pride.
By the way, regarding the modularization and DA layer this wave, developers are excited as if they've found a new LEGO baseplate, but users are confused: so why do I even need to use this? Before this narrative takes hold, it’s the easiest fuel to turn into memes. Anyway, I’d rather earn a little less now than be the last one holding the bag in the hype.
