On April 2nd, at the 2026 CCID Forum, Zhang Li, President of the China Electronic Information Industry Development Research Institute, stated that global industrialization has entered a profound period of change driven by technological breakthroughs, rapid transformation, organizational restructuring, and institutional adjustments. The fundamental logic, operational methods, and competitive landscape of industrialization are undergoing systemic changes. From a technological perspective, technologies such as artificial intelligence are driving industrial systems toward self-learning, self-optimization, and intelligent decision-making; in terms of production paradigms, flexible manufacturing, distributed manufacturing, and green manufacturing are accelerating, with multi-variety, small-batch, personalized, and low-carbon production becoming new directions in global manufacturing. In terms of organizational forms, new organizational models characterized by networked collaboration, platform-based organizations, and ecological structures are beginning to emerge, promoting production collaboration from internal enterprise integration to cross-entity, cross-regional, and cross-border systemic linkage.
