Actually, everyone understands that impulsively placing an order ultimately means you’re the one paying the price, but last night I still got sidetracked by that string of "Look now" + KOL repost screenshots in the group. Fingers move faster than the brain, and by the time I realized it, the deal was done. To put it plainly, group messages are like a marketplace, making you anxious from the noise; KOLs are like streetlights, making you want to rush even more, anyway, they’re not losing money for you.
Recently, that mainstream public chain is about to upgrade/maintain, and before the hard fork, everyone started guessing whether the ecosystem would move. I saw in the group someone saying “It’s time to migrate,” and others saying “Don’t panic,” like watching their own reflection in the same pool of water, scaring themselves. Now I’ve set a broken rule for myself: when I see hot words, I first put my phone on the table, go pour a glass of water… if I can hold it for ten minutes before speaking, I consider it patience; if I can’t, I’ll just treat it as paying tuition, forget it.
