Recently, I was jokingly laughing at myself for repeatedly testing the testnet points.

It was originally to practice feel, but then a bunch of people started expecting it to be "eventually redeemable," and my mindset immediately soured.
My stop-loss is pretty simple: once I start staying up late to complete tasks, cross-chain back and forth for a few cents in fees, and watch the group for trends for fear of missing out, I stop for two days, close the page, and go back to listening to vinyl records.
Seeing too many incidents of cross-chain bridges being hacked and oracle malfunctions, I no longer chase explanations much; anyway, on-chain randomness has always been there.
All I can do is: wait for confirmation on important operations, and don't get excited and turn practice into debt.
That's all for now.
