So I gave my dog an orange slice yesterday and honestly? She loved it. Got me wondering if is orange good for dogs or if I just got lucky lol. Turns out oranges are actually packed with stuff like vitamin C, fiber, and potassium—basically all the good nutrients. My vet confirmed it's fine as long as you're not going crazy with it.

But here's the thing nobody mentions: you gotta remove the peel and seeds first. Apparently there's some nasty stuff in there that can mess with their digestion. And yeah, don't give them too much—like 1-3 slices max per day, otherwise they'll get an upset stomach.

Also if your dog has diabetes, skip the oranges entirely because they're pretty high in sugar. Same goes for canned ones in syrup—way too much added stuff.

Honestly is orange good for dogs? Sure, but treat it like a occasional snack, not a regular thing. Your regular dog food already has everything they need anyway. Anyone else feeding their pup fruit treats?
