Tongxingbao Announcement: The holding subsidiary, Jiangsu Yuanchuang Transportation Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and Jiangsu Modern Road and Bridge Co., Ltd., among others, as a consortium, signed a contract with Xuzhou Peifeng Expressway Co., Ltd., with the contract amount of 3,377,000,000 yuan. Yuanchuang Engineering is responsible for approximately 84.7751 million yuan of work, mainly electromechanical engineering. The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial position and operating results in the coming fiscal years; the specific revenue recognition will be determined based on the fulfillment of obligations and applicable accounting standards.
