North Korea’s First Vice Foreign Minister and Director of the Tenth Bureau, Kim Jong-chol, issued a statement on the 7th saying that North Korea’s attitude toward South Korea will not change.
Kim Jong-chol stated in the conversation that Kim Yo-jong, Minister of the Workers’ Party Central Committee, made remarks about South Korea on the 6th, and the core of the statement is a clear warning.
