On March 6th, at the press conference on the economy during the Fourth Session of the 14th National People’s Congress, Minister of Finance Lan Fuan stated that a more proactive fiscal policy is summarized as not only reflected in the scale of funds, with sufficient policy strength; but also in strengthening policy coordination, further amplifying the effects.
