Jiejia Weichuang’s announcement states that the information disclosure obligors, Zuo Guojun, Yu Zhong, Liang Meizhen, Jiang Zeyu, Hongxing Yuye, Hengchuang Huiye, Dingjia Huiye, and Jiang Wan Tong, collectively hold 75.7296 million shares of the company, representing 21.74% of the company’s current total share capital of 348 million shares and 21.80% of the total share capital of 347 million shares after excluding shares held in the repurchase-dedicated account.
