ST Tech: Wholly owned subsidiary Guizhou Lufa signs mining rights transfer contract

ST Corporation announces that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Guizhou Lufa, has signed the “Mining Rights Transfer Contract (Amendment)” for the Yongwen Township Mingniwan Phosphate Mine in Kaiyang County with the Department of Natural Resources of Guizhou Province.
Guizhou Lufa’s original mining rights for Mingniwan Phosphate Mine had a mining depth of 650 meters to 80 meters above sea level; now, it intends to obtain mining rights for the deep phosphate resources in Mingniwan, with the mining elevation changing to 730 meters to -135 meters.
The mining area remains unchanged, and the total proven phosphate resource is 36.1M tons.
Before the transfer, the legally permissible total amount was 17.92M tons, with 876k tons of legally permissible recoverable reserves remaining as of March 31, 2025;
After the transfer, an additional 876k tons of legally permissible recoverable reserves are added.
