On March 5th, during the Jingzhe solar term, the “AI Life Refresh Home” JD MALL 2026 Spring Home Expo was launched at Nanjing JD MALL.
At the event, JD MALL, JD Appliances City Flagship Store, and dozens of mainstream home furnishing brands such as Gujia Home (603816), Moen, Jomoo, Qizuo, Mousse, Shuford, Mengbaihe (603313), Ruilte (002790), Xilinmen (603008) signed annual strategic cooperation agreements.

Data from AVC Cloud shows that China’s urban residential stock has exceeded 387 million units, with nearly 60% being old communities over 15 years old.

Taking the 72-hour bathroom renovation service as an example, JD offers free on-site surveying, design, demolition, installation, and old item removal—“five free services”—completing the work in three days and providing cleaning as a gift, truly achieving “small changes, big improvements.”

For new community owners seeking a one-step solution, JD MALL and JD Appliances launched a nationwide call for 10,000 model homes in 90 cities.
Selected users can enjoy discounts starting from 50% off on full sets of home appliances and furniture, combined with nine benefits and nine major services, providing full support from planning to implementation.

Home Expo Focuses on AI, Smart Home Appliances and Furniture Are “Getting Smarter”

In 2024, China’s smart home market size reached 682.1 billion yuan.
With AI technology evolution, smart homes are accelerating from “passive response” to “proactive intelligence.”
At this spring’s home expo, JD MALL and JD Appliances, in collaboration with AWE 2026 China Home Appliances and Consumer Electronics Expo, debuted many AI smart products covering sleep, bathroom, home, and appliance categories.

Ms. Yan, a consumer shopping for smart air conditioners at JD MALL in Nanjing, said, “Now, smart home appliances are ‘getting smarter’—both functions and emotional value are online.”
She is interested in a Midea Cute Smart Air Conditioner supporting over 60 emoji interactions and a love message board, which can also sing and has sound quality comparable to a thousand-yuan Bluetooth speaker.

The Mousse Hongmeng HD Smart Bed, launched at JD MALL, can connect with various smart devices via the Hongmeng system, monitor sleep in real-time, automatically adjust lighting, and realize “spatial cognition” upgrades.
Shuford’s elderly-friendly smart bed offers precise fit for seniors, with added health monitoring and thoughtful design, aligning with the silver economy trend.

A JD MALL executive said that JD will continue to strengthen its smart home strategy by expanding brand-specific pavilions and self-operated home scene displays, enriching home furnishing brands and product offerings.
In stores, five major smart themes—“Elderly-friendly,” “Learning,” “International Selected Bathrooms,” “Living Room,” and “Sleep”—will be created, combined with localized operations to offer personalized home solutions such as wedding and e-sports rooms.
JD’s self-operated home furnishings will adhere to the low-price strategy for big brands, using a genuine self-operated model to let more consumers enjoy the convenience and warmth brought by technology-enabled home living.
