On April 10, according to reports from Iranian media, a source with knowledge of the matter said Tehran believes that options for talks with Washington have been ruled out before a comprehensive ceasefire is achieved in Lebanon. The source revealed that one of the action plans is to block the Strait of Hormuz and said that, based on statistical and on-the-ground monitoring data, the strait is still closed, and this will continue until a comprehensive ceasefire is reached in Lebanon.
