Deep Tide TechFlow News, April 10, According to CoinDesk, the U.S. Department of the Treasury announced that it will open its previously exclusive cybersecurity threat information sharing service for traditional financial institutions to crypto companies. Qualified crypto firms can apply to the Department of the Treasury's Office of Cybersecurity and Critical Infrastructure Protection to join and receive timely, actionable cybersecurity threat intelligence for free.
Assistant Secretary of the Treasury for Financial Institutions Luke Pettit stated that this move aims to promote the development of a safer and more responsible digital asset ecosystem. The policy responds to relevant recommendations in the report previously issued by the President's Digital Asset Market Working Group.
