U.S. Bancorp has announced that Toby Clements will become its new senior executive vice president and chief operations officer, overseeing the company’s client service centers and global operations starting April 13. Clements, who has been with U.S. Bank since 2017, will succeed Souheil Badran, who is retiring. The CEO, Gunjan Kedia, expressed confidence in Clements’ leadership and vision.
